The UK is ruled by a totalitarian group of anime fans, until recently lead by the despotic McCarthy. Her replacement, Clements, has promised reform, but little has been forthcoming so far.
The newly formed band Revolution Baby prepares to break out of the Free Republic of the University of Futsukayoi, now cut off from the rest of the UK by the dreaded ADP. An issue of trust provides a rather feeble excuse for dressing two of the girls up in schoolgirl outfits and having them bash the living daylights out of each other.
