In the Free Republic of the University of Futsukayoi, long held tensions have caused the Student War to break out between the Arts Liberation Front and the Scientific Reform Society. Fomented not a little by Tuzi, who wished to attract a large ADP presence to the area, as her long-lost twin brother Ruka is likely to be among them. The first volume ends in an appropriate and really gratuitous manner.
