Sweatdrop Studios featured in Artists & Illustrators Magazine
For those interested in the attractive and dynamic art style of cartooning inspired by the Japanese Anime and Manga scene, you do not want to miss picking up the latest issue of Artists & Illustrators Magazine (on sale 4th March), the UK's best-selling magazine for practising artists.
Manga style is heavily featured, appearing as a cover-mount, two mini comics and a tutorial on the use of colour markers to produce authentic looking illustrations. All of these features were provided by Sweatdrop Studios, a collaborative of UK artists working to produce original comics and graphics in this unique art style.
Sweatdrop Studios will also be offering talks, demonstrations, seminars and practical workshops at the Artists & Illustrators Exhibition (21st-24th July 2005). Look out for more information and features from the group in upcoming issues of the magazine. |
