Clumsy, hopeless and severely in debt, young Toshio goes to a school for help, training and advice for his overly sensitive arms. He meets new friends who are finally accepting of his situation - after all, they're there to learn about their own extra ordinary abilities as well.
So... what happens when he meets a cute girl? Is risking a relationship actually possible? It's going to be a bit tricky... but maybe she feels the same way about him, too!
