Have had about four cups today. Just normal tea at the moment. I see better tea an investment.
Love peppermint though!

It's still all about the Chai for me.
The desk I now sit at I also share with my team's producer, who also likes Chai tea, and also likes zombies. Best producer ever, non? ![]() |

My favourite tea is Moroccan tea with Mint & sugar. Actually I really like to add honey instead of sugar. The taste is truly exotic. To make this tea you need to put 3 sprigs of mint in the teapot of boiling water.

Since the sun has seen fit to return to these green and pleasant lands.
Brew a quantity of Chai. Apply a natural sweetener and generous amount of milk. Leave to cool and chill in the fridge before enjoying. Possible variations: Add a quantity of Baileys. Or substitute milk with Baileys cream if they still sell that down your way. Deploy a scoop of vanilla ice cream before serving. If they still sell milk ice lollies where you are, break up one of these to use as ice cubes.

Nice! I can't take milk (it dislikes my guts) so a little bit of whiskey in the Chai is also nummy ^3^ (strangely my guts can tolerate alcohol O_o)

So can any of you explain to me the idea behind 'milk tea'? In the USA, we call it 'sweet tea' just to be clever =P
